1) Find the gold, ditch the rest - start putting it together as sequence. 2) Title film! 3) Brand pre-production/intertitles/blog etc 4) Identify character design pipeline - consider creating multiple templates, which are given to Lucy etc to 'draw themselves' - then reverse engineer production art. 5) In readiness for animatic - perhaps draw out key frames of action and then ask Lucy etc to re-draw etc 6) Begin animatic asap - use intertitles to structure accordingly...
